Nagesh is a results oriented executive with experience in Information Technology who delivers exceptional rather than expected results through critical thinking and collaboration. He is a consultant, coach, leader, inventor, entrepreneur, husband and father, all in one.

Nagesh establishes and executes IT strategy for Fortune 500 organizations including 3M, Sherwin Williams, First Energy and Acelor Mitthal. He is known and much respected as a man with vast and in-depth experience in Banking, Sales, Marketing, Purchasing, Production, Distribution, Finance and CRM domains.

Nagesh has turned around the cast off technological investments into mission critical applications, invented two software applications used by traders and astronomers and is credited with personal contributions to effecting enterprise-wide culture change. Moreover, he excels in running IT–Business liaison, and has led large teams, planned and managed operational and capital budgets over $8M per annum.

Nagesh is a graduate from the prestigious PLD program at Harvard Business School, and has obtained MBA and Second Master’s in Information Systems. He has a PMP from PMI and is an Oracle Certified Professional in addition to being an Associate Management Accountant.

He carries a very strong profile with several highly impressive accomplishments to his credit that include Outstanding Performer Award for project leadership, Every Customer Every Time recognition for impeccable business liaison, Most Valuable Player Award for highly successful Business intelligence strategy and Best Practices Award by TDWI for Datawarehouse implementation. He has also identified untapped Business Intelligence Markets and initiated an applicable service offering that produced 30% of the company’s revenue.

Nagesh is a moderator for pmhub website with strength of 40,000 members. His mentoring for project managers has been rated top notch in the website poll. He mentors in necessary skills for leadership development embracing personality development and grooming, enhancing self confidence and controlling emotions, dedication to the cause and instilling positive attitudes and an effective go-getter result oriented approach. He also assists minority owned businesses in streamlining their processes and thereby helping them to cut costs and raise revenue.

Apart from his petty hobby of Leadership, reading books on business and psychology, accumulating and dissipating intellectual capital on cyberspace user groups comprise his other main hobbies. When he wishes to get away from his routine and official tasks for a change, he cherishes spending some time in perfect relaxation in his small library in the basement pouring over some of his collection of 700 odd books on varying subjects.
